About Us
In 2009, Texas Leadership Public Schools opened its doors with 84 faculty and staff members to serve 600 students and their families. The school rapidly began to grow as testimonies from parents to friends, neighbors and co-workers began pouring in.
It's been through the VISION of Founder and CEO, Dr. Walt Landers that Texas Leadership now has grown to five campuses in San Angelo, Midland, Abilene, Arlington, Cedar Hill, Texas.
As of the 2023-2024 school year, Texas Leadership now serves approximately 3,700 students across the State, and seeks to develop leaders with the necessary leadership and life skills to achieve success.
Across the State of Texas, we serve thousands of students in Kinder through 12th grade, and for us... leadership is a lifestyle. From our District Headquarters to our campuses, we are committed to creating an environment that develops PEOPLE and instills QUALITY EDUCATION.

We are a network of free public charter schools with year-round admissions. EVERY student can attend Texas Leadership, regardless of city attendance zones.
